Descrizione: Reportage about a solar eclipse, by Willy Mullens' published the following report: 'Interested as he is in everything that is new, Mr. Mullens has now also filmed the eclipse. Even with a darkened sun, capturing that sun in the lens creates unique difficulties, and Mullens had quite some headaches in getting the whole production together. How he managed to do so is...well, that's a trade secret; we can only announce that the filming was uccessful. The event was filmed from 8.45 to 10.55, and on that same evening, audiences at Albert Frères could again witness this rare celestial phenomenon. And where the films uses the slow-motion device, the eclipse will look even better than it did this morning, when our blinking eyes peered into the light though sooty glasses, and even though only a sliver of it could be seen, it still threatened to blind us.'
